چکیده
In the study, zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZNOPs) at concentrations of 20, 40, and 60 mg/kg were tested for their antimicrobial action against oocysts Eimeria tenella. The E. tenella isolated from feces broilers received veterinary hospital in Diwaniyah Province initially diagnosed by compound optical microscopy. confirmed molecularly polymerase chain reaction targeting ITS1 gene with a molecular weight 409 bp. results first week showed that ZNOP 20 40 possess various activities tenella, while was most effective reducing excreted compared to positive control amprolium group, along appearance mild symptoms mortality rate 0.8%. second infection, rates generally decreased all treated groups. A comparison groups ZNOP-treated group had significantly lower number oocysts, birds this recovered during infection. These findings revealed prospect using ZNOPs challenging situations resistance anticoccidial agents.

Objective(s): Hyalomma spp. is responsible for transmission of protozoan, bacterial, rickettsial and viral diseases in humans and animals. Recently, there was a wide number of promising attempts to evaluate and use of nanoparticles for the control of ticks. Methods: The aim of this study was to evaluate the acaricidal activity of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) size 15 nm against Hyal...
متن کاملSerine protease activity in developmental stages of Eimeria tenella.
A number of complex processes are involved in Eimeria spp. survival, including control of sporulation, intracellular invasion, evasion of host immune responses, successful reproduction, and nutrition. Proteases have been implicated in many of these processes, but the occurrence and functions of serine proteases have not been characterized. Bioinformatic analysis suggests that the Eimeria tenell...
متن کاملIn vitro Anticoccidial Activity of Methanolic Leaves Extract of Lannea schimperi Against Oocysts of Eimeria tenella
Eimeria belonging to the phylum apicomplexan protozoa is recognized as the the major parasitic disease of poultry. Caecal coccidioisis caused by Eimeria tenella is a major threat to poultry production. The drugs which can inhibit sporulation process are best choice as preventive measures. Anticoccidial drugs have played a major role in the effective control of avian coccidiosis, but their exten...

The aim of this investigation was to detect and examine the distribution of the CD3–T lymphocyte cell population of the Bursa Fabricius in chickens experimentally infected with Eimeria tenella. Slices of archived samples of Bursa were examined using the of direct peroxidase (DP) method. CD3–T lymphocytes were detected with human anti-CD3 antibody. They were localized in the cortico-medullary la...
